Jeff was the editor and chief contributor to the Central America and Caribbean Bridge Federation's annual bulletin from 1974 through 1978.  Any article in those bulletins that was not attributed to another author was written by Jeff.  He currently owns the only known remaining copies of those bulletins, and has posted copies of them here as a historical record.
